JOHN A. NEWCOMB
John is a founding partner and principal of Newcomb Associates. He is a dynamic, strategic, and solutions design and project oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry providing and exceling at:
Executive leadership - project planning, consulting, design, visualization and development of unique mixed use projects and master planned communities.
Project Administration - team player fostering cooperation, collaboration and creativity, efficiency based on milestones and clear objectives.
A visionary who understands clients needs and business plans, driving the delivery of projects that add to the bottom line yet create extraordinary places for people to work, live, play, and enjoy.
A keen decision maker and advisor based on value propositions that serve clients well and empower the project vision and shareholder value.

GISSELA P. PRECIADO
Gissela is a founding partner and principal of Newcomb Associates. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail in the planning, design, management and execution of projects allow her to ably drive, design and coordinate the personal, aesthetic and business interests of our clients, whether it’s a residential single family home or a complex mixed use project, providing exquisite design, governance, continuity and flow, and observance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes during all aspects of the works.
Gissela is a most important liaison between owners and the industry. As such she personally leads Newcomb Associates’ Residential Design Studio which focuses on the particular needs of homeowners. She holds a Professional (5 year) Architecture Degree from the Universidad Católica de Colombia, South America, as well as a Master’s in Architecture with the specialty of Historic Preservation and Restoration of Monuments from the National University of Mexico (UNAM).

The Studio is a division of Newcomb+ Associates dedicated to the residential market maximizing and designing space based on the particular needs of each family. We are the eyes and ears of our clients as they work with other architects, vendors and contractors.
